A family emergency had arisen, I paid ahead for a storage unit I didn't end up needing and they easily refunded my money. Alternatively I used the pak-mail service they provided to send belongings from Texas to Seattle. My belongings arrived on time and were packed so well that I could hardly remove them from their packaging. Great job by all the staff, super friendly and helpful!!! Thanks ya'll“
